Commenti : Accueil très agréable par le concierge qui parlait français, chose pas toujours évidente à l'étranger. Tout était très bien. Situé à 10 min à pied de la sagrada familia, métro facile d'accès pour aller au centre ville. Seul petit bémol, le forfait parking de 20 euros par jour me semble un peu excessif, surtout qu'il s'agissait d'un tout petit parking de 5 places, difficile d'accès car il fallait monter sur le trottoir (quand on a une voiture basse, ce n'est pas évident).

Commenti : L'accueil de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas chaleureux, les personnes présentes donnaient plus l'impression de vouloir se débarrasser vite fait bien fait des clients sans véritablement répondre à leurs besoins. à la recherche d'une adresse de restaurant, j'ai demandé l'aide du réceptionniste pour obtenir l'annuaire et aucune aide ne m'a été apporté, je n'ai pas pu consulter les pages jaunes, on ne m'a même pas indiqué où trouver l'information cherchée. je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommanderais à personne. il y a d'autres hôtels aussi bien situés et meilleur marché à barcelone.
par ailleurs, l'ascenseur était en panne ey quand il marchait, il était trop lent, trop petit!

Commenti : 1 As the air conditioning was not functionning properly it was extremely hot at night and so very uncomfortable and couldn't open windows because of noise.
2 No car park in the hotel so we had to pay 19 euros per day in a private car park not very near the hotel.
