Commenti : Leider habe ich kein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommen, wie angefragt.Minibar ist nur mit Wasser befüllt. Dafür ist es kostenlos. Fernsehrogramme etwas wenig. Schallisolierung ging so. Straßenlärm war zu hören. Außerdem ein ständiges quietschen.

Commenti : 1/ non fonctionnement correct du téléviseur sur 2 jours malgré relance (suivi des élections françaises)
2/ Suite à problème de carte mastercad avec utilisation du code impossibilité de régler alors qu'elle a fonctionné sur 2 autres grands hotels de barcelonne.
La responsable présente à l'accueil n'a pas proposé de solution pratique avec lecture de la piste plutot que la puce.
Il nous a fallu aller trouver des espèces au moment du départ et cela a été vécu très désagréablement car la démarche d'apporteur de solution n'existait pas

Commenti : Malgré l'isolation, Rambla Gran Via Corte est assez bruyant (grosse fréquentation de voitures). Mais le problème est commun à beaucoup d'hotel de Barcelone (en ville). Attention certaines chambres donnent sur une cours (plus calme mais vis à vis important). Sinon bonne prestation.
